RATES FOR OPTIONAL SERVICES
Linen rental (prices per person and per change):
-Bed (sheets and pillowcases): €7
-Towels (shower-face-bidet): €5
Camping cot rental for children: €30 by request when booking, bed linnen + towels included
Use of shared washing machine: €3 per wash, detergent is availbale
Cleaning by request during your stay (on reservation): €30 includes cleaning of the bathroom and floors, change of sheets (not include the cost of renting bed linen and towels)
- The apartments are guaranteed clean and availbale by 15:00 on the arrival day and must be vacated by 9:30 on the departure day.
- When possible, we can offer early arrivals and late departures. Please let us know your arrival time in order to organise better the plan of changes of the apartments.
- As far as possible, we always try to satisfy the preferences of our kind Guests for the location or number of the apartment, we reserve the right to move the booking depending on internal needs, naturally keeping unchanged the type of apartment chosen.
- Small pets (max 15kg for dogs) must be notified in advance at the first request for availability/information, will eventually be accepted based on the availability of suitable apartments to accommodate them following our evaluation. Any damage to people or things attributable to the behavior of the animals must be regulated at the time by their owners, who have total responsibility for it, their free movement in the common areas or in front of their apartment is prohibited.
An additional cleaning for sanitization of €50 is required. - Balance within the day before departure from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We accept Cheques, Bancomat, Visa and Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, VPay (no Amex). The balance can also be paid by bank transfer online (in this case the operation must be made at least 4 working days before departure).
