The residence consists of 11 units, each with indipendent entrance plus the owner's private flat.

The apartments contain:

- fridge with freezer-compartment;

- colour television (only italian programs);
- inside and outside dining table;
- centralized 24 hours hot water distribution;
- safe in every appartement.

Equipment to share:
- outside parking in front of the appartements for 1 car per appartement;
- washing machine (on payment);
- iron and ironing board;
- barbecue with nearby dinnertable;
- garden with 3 externeal showers;

If sometimes you would like to discover the place in bicycle,
there are 2 mountainbikes at your disposal.
